Crouzon¡¯s disease is characterized by midface retrusion, exorbitism, and brachycephaly. And this disease may accompany functional problems, such as masticatory difficulties, and endangered vision.
We experienced a typical case of Crouzon¡¯s disease, showing severe exophthalmos and malocclusion, and performed monbloc frontofacial advancement in a 5-year-old boy.
We obtained fairy good improvement of exorbitism, visual acuity, diplopia, facial contour, and malocclusion.
